Le quartier est calme, bonne literie, bonne climatisation, terrasse sympa avec une belle vue, 2 restaurants à proximité.
La location aurait vraiment besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement. On a l’impression de faire un saut dans le passé, probablement à l’époque de la construction de la maison, il y a une quarantaine d’années. La plupart des équipements sont très datés, voire récupérés, mais fonctionnels dans l’ensemble : une seule télécommande pour les climatisations des 2 chambres pas pratique du tout, transats usés, poêles rayées, four à gaz très ancien, canapés fatigués, pommeau de douche cassé, fer à repasser quasi inutilisable... L’installation électrique pose question : en dehors de la cuisine, elle ne semble plus aux normes. À plusieurs reprises, en branchant des appareils, des étincelles sont sorties des prises — parfois cassées elles aussi. Un volet de la salle à manger est également en très mauvais état et menace de tomber, ce qui représente un vrai danger. Globalement, le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas. On a le sentiment que le lieu est exploité pour générer des revenus sans réelle attention portée au confort ou à l’entretien. C’est regrettable, car le potentiel est là, mais il n’est clairement pas valorisé.
