Nice view over the ocean.
The outside kitchen and barbecue were great.
The pool is big and clean and has a lower area for the kids.
Very spacious house. We were 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room. Each of the 4 sleeping rooms is very spacious (~25qm) and each has its own wardrobe and balcony.
Some nice beaches and villages are in close distance.
The communication with the landlord, handover of keys and checkout were great and flawless.
One professional cleaning of the house in between was included.
When looking down at the ocean you also look at the supermarket and the highway. Not horrible but also not great.
The stairs in the house do not have a handrail, posing slight risk for small kids. Our kids managed it well, though.

Mooi ruime kamers, mooie tuin met buitenterras, alle nodige spullen voorhanden in keuken. schitterend uitzicht op zee vanuit de tuin.
Heel hartelijk ontvangst bij aankomst
Zwembad is niet verwarmd, dus in april niet echt geschikt ( maar zal wel ideaal zijn in de zomer)

Belle villa, bien équipée et avec une superbe vue. Dépaysement garanti. Eva et Manos sont soucieux du bien être de leurs hôtes.

We loved everything, nicely furnished and so well equipped with so much provided for us by Eva the owner who was also so helpful pointing us to beaches and restaurants.
The outdoor dining space with kitchen and bbq was perfect.
Lovely pool and very comfortable sun beds.
We loved the location too, a short drive away from Rethymno (which is a lovely town) with great views looking down.
My son and son in law loved to run down to the town and back up, quite a challenge but for them a great early morning work out!
