Azalea Hotel Baku

As a solo female traveller, this place is completely safe. A very few people know English in Azerbaijan, but oh my god, the staff here were well-trained, kind, and, most importantly, human. They were so warm and helpful to me with everything, from taxi bookings and metro cards to even my visa process! They guided me well and fast. ​A special shout-out to the receptionist, Emine. She was kind, smart, very professional, and really helpful. Her attention to detail is amazing! ​Omar was also amazing at the front desk. He is really caring and detail-oriented, ensuring every little thing I needed was taken care of seamlessly. ​The chef, Jumana, was really kind and made me fabulous dinners every day. ​The service is on the next level; they made every request possible within just 5 to 10 minutes. The rooms were clean and soundproof, making for a very nice, pleasant, and peaceful stay. ​I would prefer this hotel over the huge chains any day!

Хороший просторный номер, уборка каждый день. Вежливый приветливый персонал, бесплатная парковка за шлагбаумом.

Постояльцы курят в помещениях, скорее всего прямо в номерах, тк запах сигаретного дыма периодически повсюду. Лично наблюдала как за завтраком постоялец курил сигарету в ресторане. Персонал не сделал ни одного замечания, хотя везде висят таблички что курение запрещено. Очень всё слышно из соседних номеров - кто о чем разговаривает.

Was good location and had parking so perfect for us with a rental car. Regeptionist was also very good

Refrill of breakfast could improve but overall very nice

They pretend to be 4 stars but actully its not 4 stars, somehow hotel is good. breakfast is not so good but better than many other hotels. staff is really friendly, cleaning is good. locaiton is not good as its far from the tourist areas.
