Nicely managed hotel with good facilities close to the Metro in a good and convenient location away from the centre of Baku. Only thing I did not like were the red light bulbs in my room but other than that a nice clean pool in the Spa and throughout the hotel I found the staff friendly.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it clearly advertised that all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. However, during our entire stay, the AC was either switched off or not made available to us. When we approached the hotel staff regarding this issue, we were informed that the air conditioning is centrally controlled by the hotel management and can only be switched on at their discretion.
We repeatedly contacted the reception and politely requested them to turn on the AC, even if only for a short duration, as we were feeling quite uncomfortable due to the heat. Despite explaining our situation multiple times, our requests were consistently declined without any proper justification or effort to accommodate us.
This was extremely inconvenient and disappointing, especially because the availability of AC was clearly mentioned as part of the room amenities and hotel policy. If the hotel has restrictions on the usage of air conditioning, it should be transparently communicated to guests at the time of booking. Advertising such facilities but not allowing guests to use them is misleading and unacceptable.
We have stayed in many hotels across different locations, and this is the first time we have encountered such uncooperative behavior and lack of basic guest service. The staff showed no concern for guest comfort and did not attempt to offer any alternative solution.
This experience significantly affected our stay and left us feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. We strongly recommend that the hotel reviews its policies and ensures that the facilities promised to guests are actually provided. Until then, we would not recommend this hotel to others.
Overall, a very poor experience due to lack of transparency, unhelpful staff, and failure to deliver promised amenities.
