The apartment is perfectly located close to the heart of the city. Close to shops and entertainment. It has a magnificent view.

The location and the view is amazing, and the apartment is very nice and clean
Unfortunately there are some silverfishes in the bathroom. It’s my second stay in the apartment, June and November and it’s the same problem. It’s very common in apartments on the river. The staff was super kind when I addressed my concerns and they send immediately somebody to check.
The other thing I don’t like is that the air conditioning in the bedroom doesn’t work and the window can’t be open.
That’s a shame because that place could be one of the best to stay in Florence.
