Location is great next to Central Pattaya and the front view to the Sea from the private balcony is exceptional.
Apartment was very spacious and properly equiped.
Very good privacy and quiet neighbors.
Swimming Pool was great for children and swimmers alike.
There are quire many shops and service providers on the lobby floor.
The staff from View Talay building are all helpful and polite.
The windows in the third (smalllest) bedroom of our apartment were extra thin and the noise from Beach Road traffic was extremely loud.
I had to buy ear-plugs and a face mask for sleep.

Security staff was really not up to the standard, no help from any staff,
Lots of prostitution going around in the building , not for family stay
