I liked everything...
You can access your room from outside and since it's on the 1st floor you can watch for a street food vendor from the balcony and quickly (15sec) reach the street
Speaking of street, I wasn't bothered by the sound even if I was in the middle of the nightlife.
While the place is clean, it's also old and it show here and there. This isn't a problem really but if you are on a honeymoon or something the like ; this place isn't luxurious. (If you go on a honeymoon on Soi4 you may reconsider your whole life choice anyway...) That room is tailored for guys travelling solo.
I dont know where the pool was... (I didn't asked)
I think it's a little bit overpriced (not by much.. but it's not ''a deal'')
There is a T.V in the Livingroom but adding a second one in the bedroom would be nice.

The room is big, has balcony, I got early checking.
Everything is outdated, the sofa fabric is dirty, the light idea was to be ambient, but real effect is too dark room with flickering light. Oposide on the street has hotel under construction, and is noisy from dusk to down.

Location was great.
Noisy ac all night, seens like it never hit the temp and calm down. Tv didnt work pr I miss a way to turn on some music
