The location, perfect in the 15th…walking distance to metro, great restaurants and cafes but also superb shopping on Rue du Commerce. Staff were very accommodating and it was clean.

Hot no air cond and bathroom very small. Hard to shower it was so small.

Too many ants were coming inside because i was in floor level, it was annoying. TOO MANY ANYS FOR REAL

Location is fantastic !!! Just 10 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. 5 minutes to the metro. Very clean and peaceful neighbourhood.

What we liked the most was the location. It is in an excellent area with easy access to public transportation, making it very convenient to explore Paris. The neighborhood is also perfect for walking, and we enjoyed strolling through the surrounding streets all the way to the Eiffel Tower. Having so many attractions, "cafés", "boulangeries", restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores—many of them open until late at night—made our stay even more enjoyable. As a final touch, the staff was welcoming and friendly throughout our visit.

The main downside was the size of the room, which was much smaller than expected. The bathroom was extremely tiny, and the shower was particularly uncomfortable to use. The room was also not well prepared for hot summer days, making it difficult to stay comfortable during warmer weather. Considering the price, we felt the overall value was disappointing, as we paid about the same as we did for a much larger hotel room in another city that included breakfast and several additional amenities. On the positive side, the window provided very good sound insulation, so outside noise was never an issue. We also felt that the photos do not accurately represent how small the room actually is.
