The location was perfect (approximately 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and UNESCO). It was a safe neighbourhood, with easy access to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, boulangeries (etc). The room was clear and included everything needed for a week stay. The staff were helpful. The property was quiet - enabling good rest throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

What we liked the most was the location. It is in an excellent area with easy access to public transportation, making it very convenient to explore Paris. The neighborhood is also perfect for walking, and we enjoyed strolling through the surrounding streets all the way to the Eiffel Tower. Having so many attractions, "cafés", "boulangeries", restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores—many of them open until late at night—made our stay even more enjoyable. As a final touch, the staff was welcoming and friendly throughout our visit.

The main downside was the size of the room, which was much smaller than expected. The bathroom was extremely tiny, and the shower was particularly uncomfortable to use. The room was also not well prepared for hot summer days, making it difficult to stay comfortable during warmer weather. Considering the price, we felt the overall value was disappointing, as we paid about the same as we did for a much larger hotel room in another city that included breakfast and several additional amenities. On the positive side, the window provided very good sound insulation, so outside noise was never an issue. We also felt that the photos do not accurately represent how small the room actually is.
