Le Sigalon is a recently restored 70m2 apartment plus a second sleeping area on an 11m2 mezzanine with a 25m2 terrace in the historic town centre of Uzes. It is ideally suited to a couple wanting a luxury apartment with a great kitchen, terrace & living area in a perfect location, or alternatively a family of 4.
The renovation has been completed to a very high standard, respecting the character of the 18th century building and retaining original beams and stonework whilst adding a modern touch in the interior décor and level of comfort.
The first floor is a large living room with open plan kitchen and dining area for 4. Behind the kitchen is a large bathroom. At the back of the room, the wooden staircase leads to the loft style master bedroom which looks out on to a large, sunny terrace. On the mezzanine there are 2 single beds suitable for children only as the ceiling height is low.
