The location was very central and close to supermarkets and restaurants. It was also walking distance from Surabaya Gubeng Station. The staff was very accommodating and reccomended an excellent laundry service (with free pick up and drop off at reception). The room was small but functional for 1 night.
The bedsheets were full of stains, and the towels need replacing. Plus, there was music playing from the reception all day and until late night (we eventually fell asleep so not sure if it continued all night).

Het was fijn dat de service heel goed was. Onze kamer werd ook iedere dag schoongemaakt en we kregen iedere dag nieuwe handdoeken.
Er is weinig natuurlijk licht in de kamer. We hadden 1 raam in de badkamer en daar stond een grote witte muur voor.
Verder viel het restaurant in het hotel tegen - je kan er alleen wat opwarm maaltijden bestellen.
