The size and location

The property has an amazing view: the islands, three bays, sailboats, and jungles with birds and monkeys. The sunsets are unforgettable. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable. each bedroom has its own bathroom! The kitchen is very well stocked. We even found some snorkeling equipment. The private and clean beach is in minutes. The infinity pool is super-instgrammable. The area is a paradise for foodies. We found two eco-parks in a 30- minutes (Diamante) and 1.5-hour(Rincón de la Vieja) drive. The property management was top-notch - they send us help on the same day. We really appreciate their responsiveness.
The complex is under renovation. The kitchen is dated, but for a $1M view from the property, it doesn't matter.
