Малко кокетно хотелче, в близост до плажа, със собствен басейн.В близост има пекарна,супермаркети,много таверни и ресторанти. Буквално на 200-300метра. В същото време е тихо и спокойно. Домакинята Катерина е много мила и отзивчива за всякакви въпроси.

Tolle Lage, direkt am Meer, etwas zurückgesetzt daher ruhig aber dennoch diverse Tavernen, Supermärkte etc sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar.
Alles was man braucht in direkter Umgebung! Für Familien gut geeignet.
Apartment mit Meerblick hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Der Pool war auch schön und am Meer hatte es immer freie Liegen (gratis).
Die Wohnung mit Meerblick ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, aber in die Jahre gekommen und könnte sauberer sein.
Die Putzfrau kommt zwar täglich, jedoch hauptsächlich um den Müll zu leeren.
Wir haben selbst oft den Boden gekehrt. Nach einem Trinkgeld wurde dann etwas "mehr geputzt"...
Die Küchenschränke teils recht wackelig, klebrig. Es hatte 1 Doppelherdplatte + Mikrowelle, sehr sparsam ausgestattet an Kochutensilien.
Die Betten waren bequem, jedoch zusammengesetzte Einzelbetten und das Laken immer zu kurz, sodass die freie Matratze sichtbar war (ohne Matratzenschutz/Topper oder ähnliches).
Die Besitzerin war eher kurz angebunden, hat sich aber direkt um den fehlenden Wasserkocher gekümmert.

As always, rooms were clean and spacious.
Service is very nice and polite. Large TV and proper air-conditioning in the room.
Also it's very nice to have access to both beach and also pool at the beach bar area.
Everything was very nice and it's our preferred spot when visiting Malia.

L'appartement, le bord de mer, l emplacement
Mauvaise connexion wifi, personnel pas très sympathique, espace autour de la piscine sale, l'eau de la piscine très chlorée impossible d'ouvrir les yeux, bassin pour enfants pas nettoyé, WC piscine également, la femme de ménage qui rentre en jetant les serviettes sur le lit même si on dort et nous demande de remplacer nous même les sacs poubelles
