Staff was friendly, 15-20 min walk to main areas, cleaned rooms every day (they dont give a choice, they dont have "do not disturb"cards), fridge in room, big bathroom, clean.

It started terrible. They gave us 303 and 503 (next to elevators). First went in 303 and the humidity, musky/moldy smell hit in the face. 503 was even worse as there had been a lot of smoking as well. I cant understand how they can present such rooms to guests. I would feel ashamed. While going down to ask for different rooms I told my wife to look for something else, the rooms were so bad I didnt even care if we would get the money back. They immediately gave us other rooms (407/406) which were more than fine. So they can have good air quality rooms but just dont care for some rooms? In the end our stay was fine for the week we stayed. The beds were very hard though, even for Vietnamese standards. These were the hardest beds we have encountered. Would I stay here again? Probably not?
