Beach front location, 5 minute walk to the restaurant area.

The bathroom sink blocked after first use and the air-conditioning was SO noisy. The hairdryer didn't work. There was a shelf underneath the wall-mounted tv, right next to the bathroom, which I kept knocking my shoulder on. The breakfast wasn't great - lots of single use plastic! I think the place was generally overpriced for the poor quality of stay.

the service was pretty bad. a glass broke in my room, but no one came to clean it even after I asked. I think there may have been a language problem, but I feel that they were understaffed.

Great location

Being right on the beach is the best thing about this hotel. A street of restaurants is within easy walking distance too. Breakfast was very good and staff were always friendly.

Whilst the entrance foyer is welcoming, the rooms are rather outdated now and things like lamps and curtains are stained and need replacing.

Great budget hotel right on the beach

Excellent location right on the beach at Barra de Tijuca, which is much longer than Copacabana or Ipanema. Close to bars and restaurants. Staff were polite and friendly. The bed was changed each day. The breakfast was very good with a lovely view of the beach from the restaurant.

The hotel is a little outdated as is the air con, but couldn't complain as the price was so good. Also the pool was small. It's a bit further out from the centre for sightseeing but Ubers are cheap for getting around.

Pleasant

The location is excellent being right across from the beach and within an easy walking distance to a street of restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly.

Knowing the hotel was old, I especially chose a better room but it was a disappointment needing a major upgrade.

it’s location is amazing. breakfast was good enough and the neighbourhood is also very good at night with lots os bars and restaurants around.

Some of the installations are very old. the hot water system doesn’t work well.

The breakfast was quite simple. They cancelled my booking because the name on my card was not in full. so I had to go in person to the hotel to pay in advance to secure my booking.
