the location is very close to the Eiffel Tower (no view though) and metro station. The bed was comfortable and they make good use of the space with storage under the bed. The aircon was much needed given the Parisian heatwave and that’s what mattered most! There is a shared washer and dryer available with laundry products free of charge but it cannot be used in the mornings as the cleaner uses them.
It is very small. We are a tall couple and our bed was up against 3 walls so our feet touched the wall. The shower is also tiny so a quick rinse is easy but something like shaving your legs would require the shower door to be open which then made the bathroom wet. We appreciated the towel change mid stay as we had 5 nights here but the towels need a bit of a refresh.

Clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Close to metro and local shops. The left luggage facility was very useful. Excellent, clear communication. We would happily stay there again.

Location was good ; walkable distance to UNESCO HQ. close to where to catch train. near by shops to by groceries and good.
the room was ok, though I expected something slightly bigger with desk and table. Communication from Beatrice was very good. I had no problem accessing the room
I did not understand why the hinge on the window was dislocated. i did not like window which was not well hinged
