The location was magnificent and staffs are friendly

There is construction going on which i wasn’t aware of and I was expecting a bigger room as i booked for 3 days but they give me a small room and didn’t change the room even if i asked for it.

Friendly staff providing exceptionally good service. They cater to the travellers needs, also advice and gave useful tips for my successful treks.

The place seems to be in the midst of a little renovation. However, all facilities are super clean and function well. Renovation is essential for upkeep and improvements. I am glad the owners take great pride in their place and still continue to give comfort to their guests.

Water not always hot, mattress at the tired end

The staff was very friendly and attentive, and tried their best to help us out. Also the view from the balcony was wonderful and really the best reason to stay there.

The main problem is that the hotel is old and poorly maintained. It looks shiny in the photos, but when you are in the rooms you can see a lot of work needs to be done to maintain the bare minimum. We took a room there because it had a/c and it started to drip in the middle of the night. Also, the toilet stopped flushing. We asked them to fix it, and they were only able to take care of the toilet. Next day, we asked to switch rooms, got an upgrade, and the a/c was turning itself off every 20 min in the new room. The baths in both rooms were pretty splushy. And prices wise, it's one of the more expensive hotels you can find in Pokhara.
