Amazing heritage property

Bed was not comfortable, too hard

Beautiful hotel which is centrally located. Warm staff, clean large rooms. Gives old traditional mansion feels. Would visit again :) recommended.

Breakfast was a part of our package, however it could have been better in terms of spread and taste.

The location was very convenient.

The reception staff was not cooperative, we understand the policy of not bringing outside food in house so kids decided to have food in the car outside but receptionist returned the food without informing us and we lost our money. She was rude to us and didn’t try to understand the requirements. Adding to that, we spent large sum of money in their restaurant and ordering food for our British kids which was not available in their in-house restaurant. Kids went hungry until we took them out for dinner as Zomato cancelled our next order. We booked 5 rooms at this place but our other guests also found the receptionist lady very rude and uncooperative. Ahmedabad is well known for its food so obviously as a tourist, one would want to try out all the food but not letting have that in the house and returning food was not acceptable.
