The staff were all brilliant, helpful, and cheerful. I had a continental breakfast which was enormous. Fruit, toast, pancakes, fruit salad, papaya-watermelon juice, watermelon and pineapple. local dosa with sambar, coffee and a glass of refreshing watermelon juice.
The room was bliss, meticulously clean, with fresh sheets.

Beautiful rooms, spacious , good shower and has a nice garden sit out where you can just relax and enjoy the greenery.

The room was in a beautiful colonial house with a lovely breakfast served. The staff were friendly and were there to help anytime we needed.
Like a few other guests mentioned, when we arrived, the staff said our room wasn't available because the electrician wasn't picking up his phone. After reading other reviews it seems common that they change your room from one hotel to the other. It would have been fine if they could have messaged and let me know beforehand. They made it seem like a last minute change when it wasn't based on other reviews.
The room ac was weak (it's really hot in galle in April).
