Μου άρεσε πολύ η θέση του καταλύματος, ήταν πολύ κοντά στην παραλία της Καλογριάς και της Στούπας, δεν είχε φασαρία από μαγαζιά και είχε υπέροχη θέα στον κήπο και την θάλασσα. Υπήρχε βραστήρας και πιστολάκι μαλλιών.
Η μικρή φασαρία από τον δρόμο (αμάξια), όχι τόση ώστε να μην μπορούμε να κοιμηθούμε με τις μπαλκονόπορτες ανοιχτές (υπήρχε και κλιματιστικό αν θέλαμε να κλείσουμε τα τζάμια ώστε να μην υπάρχει η φασαρία του δρόμου) και η ύπαρξη λίγων κουνουπιών.
