In Kardamili of Messinia, with respect to nature and the area and within an evergreen environment, we created four fully equipped stone villas. Our aim is to turn your stay in Kardamili to a memorable experience, full of beautiful images and moments of serenity and total relaxation.
The spacious villas offer privacy and tranquility combined with magnificent sea views of Kardamili, the mountain, the lush olive grove and the wonderful sunsets.
All villas have a private Jacuzzi and can accommodate up to 5 people.

We stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t want to leave. We loved sitting on the upstairs patio looking out at the water, and especially enjoyed the hot tub there. It was a treat. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Both George, and John, his helper, were very communicative and fun to chat with. We are looking forward to returning!

Loved this house! We were here in winter, but it had heat, a fireplace and a hot tub with a view! Set above an olive grove, a village and the sea-what more could you ask for? Beauty all around and close to everything in area. House was absolutely beautiful and well built with lots of little touches and great space saving innovations. Perfect for a couple or small family with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms! Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee & tea, etc. all the necessities. Hot tub, outdoor dining table, privacy from other houses, covered parking and host that will go out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. It was perfect-thank you George!
Make sure you just type in polismata in maps to get there. Directions on VRBO just bring you to town center.

We spent three weeks in Greece and this apartment was definitely one of the highlights! The reason we chose it was probably the same reason you are reading this... the hot tub. And it didn't disappointment but this place is a lot more than a hot tub with a view.
The beds are heavenly. The showers are awesome. The washer works wonderfully. The location is spectacular. The Kitchen is well equipped and very useful. The grounds are lovely and the whole place exudes an atmosphere of relaxation.
There is a small grocery store a short walk down the hill that had everything we needed and the little Taverna nearby was lovely.
The only problem we had with our stay at Villa Oria was that it was too short. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
