Nice view from balcony.

The villa was very nice. There were two balconies from which there was a wonderful sea view. Parking across the street on a grassy area was OK.

The staff did not respond to the messages and did not speak English, so it was very difficult to find out a code for the key box. We found old clothes in the room, which were probably left here by the previous visitor

The room was ok and the kitchen was equipped fairly as well.

Nice house in a good location.

Given the pictures that were provided during the booking process, the room did not meet our expectations. We were also under the impression that every room has a balcony, however, ours didn’t.

Bad service and communication kills all experience

Location of the apartment is fine

The service must be reviewed! First of all, the pictures of the apartments in this Villa are really confusing, you don’t know in which apartment you will stay at the end. There is no information about the floor where the apartment is situated. Second of all there were no reply on the request to send additional pictures and give information about the floor. The apartment we got was on the first floor with hardly even some view. If you want some view- you may use joint balcony on the second floor of the Villa. The stuff is very unfriendly and rude. They don’t answer emails, they are not supportive on a phone- on the request to switch our apartment to another one they replied that everything was booked, however there were free apartments in this Villa. They just don’t want to solve your problems. Give your money and get off- that’s the kind of service they provide. On the kitchen table you can find passive-aggressive note with request to clean everything after yourself and put on their places and if you don’t do so you will be charged separately for that afterwards. Maybe clients should also clean the whole apartment?! You MUST provide this information on booking.com, so person can decide if he or she wants to spend their holidays on washing the dishes and cleaning the apartment. On the last day, when we should have been checked out they were breaking in our apartment without even knocking! Just tried to open the door with their keys. When we opened the door the man started to yell that it was already 10:00 and we should leave. Definitely would not recommend this Villa just because of the terrible service. If you don’t care about that- it’s ok place to stay.

Zum Schlafen ok

Es ist hell und sonnendurchflutet und schlicht hell eingerichtet. Vom Balkon kann im Winter die Ostsee gesehen werden.

Anfänglich roch es nach altem feuchten Haus. Tagsüber ließ es sich gut heizen, nur nachts war bei Minusgraden die Heizung kalt. Leider hört man durch die Wohnungstür am Fuße der Treppe jeden Nachbarn und hat bei nicht schwebenden Bewohnern drüber auch Nebengeräusche. Ein Radio wäre schön gewesen sowie ein bisschen mehr Auswahl beim Geschirr...eine nutzbare Pfanne wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Die hauseigenen Parkplätze sind nicht durchweg nutzbar wenn auch dicht gegenüber des Hauses gelegen.

Schöner Urlaub, aber die Parkplatzsituation hat uns jeden Tag beeinträchtigt.

Lage in der Altstadt. Schöne Fassade. Einrichtung geschmackvoll.

Kein Ostseeblick (obwohl in der Ausschreibung angegeben). Sehr enges Bad. Sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeit: Parkplatz zu klein für 6 Autos, keine Wendemöglichkeit, Zugang über steile Rampe.

Sehr schlecht , auf Grund des Quartiers. Insel Rügen ist trotzdem toll.

Wohnung war bei Anreise schmutzig. Alte Bettwäsche und alte Handtücher vom Vorgänger. Wohnung nicht der Beschreibung entsprechend. Ganz schlechte Matraze. Bett nicht für 2 große Erwachsene geeignet. Kein Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank, sondern nur Bett in Nische eingebaut. Ergebniss : Rückenbeschwerden!! Mehrfache Nachfrage bei Vermietungsgesellschaft ist ergebnisslos verlaufen. vorzeitige Abreise.

Super Zeit in Sassnitz gehabt

Die Unterkunft war vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir hatten das Appartement 1. Die befand sich im EG. Von dort aus hatte man keine Sicht auf die See. Ansonsten war es sauber und für uns war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist toll. Man kann super durch die Altstadt bis an die Promenade laufen. Wer allerdings Luxus erwartet ist hier falsch.

Hafen bzw.Ostsee nicht weit entfernt.

Schmutzig,Spinnweben,staubig,kein Dunstabzug über dem Herd,Duschentür schließt nicht,Bett eingebrochen weil Lattenroste nicht passend,kein Abtrofgitter für Geschirr,Fußbodenverlegung stümperhaft,Badezimmer zu dunkel,Kabelsalat unter einem Fernsehtisch der wohl vom Sperrmüll stammt,Fernsehen ist total veraltet,Bettdecken sehr dünn also nicht ausreichend im Winter,zusätzliche Decke(normalerweise Standard)nicht vorhanden.ab 22 Uhr keine Heizung also Spätfilm im TV fällt aus,Auffahrt und Parkplatz sind eine Katastrophe(Auto schleift an der Auffahrt)

Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Es war alles wie besprochen. Unkompliziert.

Die Mailflut im Vorfeld- vor allem, weil es einerseits hieß Bezahlung in bar, mir dann telefonisch mitgeteilt wurde, nein Überweisung. Ein Code stand in einer der vielen Mails, der dann aber nicht der richtige war, wie am Telefon erklärt. Ich habe bestimt 10, ehr mehr Mails bekommen und es hat verwirrt. Durch einen Anruf bekam ich dann freundliche Hilfe, wie es dann wirklich vor Ort funktioniert.

Die Lage und der Abstand zu allem war gut.

Ausstattung der Wohnung entsprach nicht den Bildern bei Booking. Teilweise schlecht gereinigt. Schlecht in Ordnung gehalten und noch schlechter renoviert, besonders im Schlafzimmer. Kein Couchtisch und Sessel wie beschrieben. Fernsehtisch viel fast zusammen. Keine Microwelle. Keine Mülltrennung möglich, da keine Mülltonne vorhanden. Parkplatz sehr eng am Hang.

Der Aufenthalt war solide.

Die Lage war super, ebenso das Internet. Das Tageslichtbad war groß und geräumig.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche war zwar voll ausgestattet, jedoch gab es nur 2 Herdplatten, die Messer waren stumpf, die Pfannen waren verzogen, sodass sie nicht gut auflagen, kein Backofen. Die Duschtür war fast kaputt und lies sich nur sehr schwer öffnen und schließen.
