About this house rental
This three bedrooms two bath single family home is located in the Old 4th Ward in the heart of Atlanta. The master suite has two queen beds on matching wood bed frames and an on suite full bath with a stand up shower. This bedroom also has a private covered patio outside the french doors. Bedroom two has a queen bed, full on-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. This bedroom also had a private uncovered patio outside the french doors. Third bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room giving a total of 5 beds. There are hardwoods in all rooms except the bathrooms. New Kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. Walking distance to shops, store, restaurants, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's & Kroger. Short stroll to the Belt line, Krog Street market , Ponce City Market. Multiple new parks including a water part just short stroll away. Gleaming wood floors. Great location to walk or brief Uber to any downtown location.Three off street parking places .Easy access to expressway, airport all points Atlanta. The property is in close proximity to a lot of tourist destinations, which was very convenient. Our group was able to walk, rather than drive, to several museums, bars and restaurants during our stay. The ant problem still exists in the kitchen, but overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The house is in a great location that is close to just about anything you'd want to do in Atlanta. We were working in Midtown so it was very convenient. The free off street parking sold me. For the price it is an excellent option.

The area is a really good and quiet neighborhood and is basically close to everything. We was less then five to ten miles away from our events and reservations. The house was very neat and clean indeed comfortable. The rooms were very spacious and the beds slept so comfy and cozy. We had access to all appliances including washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very nice and always available every time we had questions. We felt safe, secure, and at home during our stay. We definitely will be reserving here again.

The property manager was very timely when it came to responses. The house was very roomy as well. It was very accommodating. The only thing that I would critique was the amount of bugs in the home (which is understandable since no one permanently lives there) but there was also a terrible stench… I did let the manager know and hope it goes away for the next guest. Thanks for a good stay.
