Location ottima per muoversi a Sorrento, in pieno centro storico. Perfetta per fare tutto a piedi e raggiungere anche il porto e la stazione ferroviaria. Staff gentile, preparato e accogliente. Camera moderna, pulita, ordinata e comoda. Il cliente viene davvero messo al centro. Molto consigliato, siamo rimasti veramente contenti della esperienza. Il rapporto prezzo/qualità è risultato ottimo grazie ad uno sconto tramite l’app Booking La colazione inclusa (trattoria Da Franco, a due passi dalla proprietà) era buffet: abbondante e completa
Piccoli dettagli: magari aggiungere un dispenser con sapone intimo vicino al bidet; lo sciacquone del bagno non tirava molto forte (stanza al terzo piano)

Breakfast was very bad- food isn’t good and not even on the hotel premise The staff at breakfast were just rude and unpleasant- hotel was reluctant to reimburse when requested and argumentative Airport transfer was booked via the hotel but never showed- staff was unable to accommodate

Check in was very easy, staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast being a very short walk away meant noise was kept to a minimum in the morning. Location was brilliant, a short walk from almost everything. Room was very clean and comfortable, large amount of space and well maintained throughout stay.
