The crew of the recepción especiallly Guigla was out stand ing awesome Job she made all the time always smiling.

Many times the crew doesnt even say hello when I passed by . Thethe waiter and waiitress in the Restaurant need some training for sure. Clean ing table too fast and I was not even finished. One time at the dinner tablecloth was dirty ..after 8 pm they did not even refill the desserts and appetizetrs. I think everybody should get what the others doesnt matter what time you go. We paid the same . Dinner time is 7pm to 9 pm so I think 8 pm is not too late the buffet shozkd be always full .

Mixed feelings. Great facilities and location, inconsistent service.

The hotel was very clean, close to the beach, good equipment and facilities. Aside from the main street, so not crowded around it. The room was spacious, really nice and clean bathroom and a nice balcony. The parking garage was modern, big spaces, kept the car cold. Good selection of food at breakfast, tasty. Daily fresh beach towels, pre-assigned beach space - when you book room with a direct view, you get sun beds in the first row. I did not miss a thing.

I booked a triple room to get two separate beds. The description said twin bed, queen bed. When I got into the room, there was just a twin bed made as a double bed, so I went to reception to ask. They asked me what is a queen bed, so I had to tell them they should know since they have it on booking.com. They said it was never problem with German speaking guests, so I urged them to fix it, as the queen bed turns out to be a collapsible extra bed. So I paid quite some extra money for nothing. They were ok to come and separate the twin beds with extra bed sheets. The German language thing is a bit of a theme, it’s the first language of the hotel, staff talks to you in German as a first choice, whether you speak German or not. During check-in you get 3 different NFC chips you have to carry around - one is the room card, one is the beach table lock bracelet, one is for beach toilet. One bracelet to rule them all? The WiFi did not work on the first day, it connected, but only the sign up form worked. Speeds under 10 Mbit, but luckily strong mobile coverage. The breakfast is a bit chaotic. On the first day, I didn’t know how it works, someone stopped me and sat me at a table. The next day, I sit at the same table, and there he comes, a waiter waving his finger in disagreement, that I cannot sit there, because it’s a dinner only table, whatever that means. So he finds me a different table. When he tried the same with an Italian couple, it resulted in 10minute argument full of hand gestures, resolved by his manager. Only on day 3 I learned that if you only paid breakfast, there’s a designated area for you. Also, there is some secret decision making on who gets a proper cappuccino and who gets a cappuccino-like liquid from a fully automatic machine that none of the staff would accept if it would be served to them. Sometimes you get it if you get lucky, most of the time the Italians sitting next to you get it.

Superb

We booked half-board: Breakfast was amazing, good variety and excelent quality. Dinner was also good, one of the best tiramisu we’ve had in Italy! The hotel is right in front of a “private” beach and close to several restaurants and shops. It has it’s own private parking. People at the reception and restaurant were very nice and did everything to attend our needs.

The bathroom of our room was prepared for people with disabilities which was strange when we wanted to use the shower because the entire floor was flooded and slippery which is not great when you’re travelling with a 1,5 year old baby.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Laguna Park Hotel in Italy, which I had booked through your platform. I encountered several issues during my visit, and I kindly request your assistance in resolving them. Upon check-in, I was not informed that guests were not allowed to use the beach on the last day of their stay. This information was crucial to me as my primary reason for choosing this hotel was its proximity to the beach. This lack of disclosure significantly impacted my experience and left me feeling misled. Furthermore, the attitude and behavior of the hotel staff, particularly the reception employees and their manager, were highly unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. When I approached them to discuss the issue, they were condescending and unhelpful, claiming that their policy prevented them from assisting me. This treatment was completely unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected as a guest. To add to the list of grievances, upon entering my room, I discovered that the housekeeping staff had carelessly thrown the pillows and blanket onto the floor while making the bed. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for basic cleanliness standards was distressing and further diminished the quality of my stay. Yesterday, I contacted your customer service, and I was assured that if I proceeded with the check-out, I would be refunded for the second night. However, I was recently notified that the refund cannot be processed. This inconsistency in information has only added to my frustration and the overall negative experience. Given these circumstances, I kindly request that Booking.com intervenes in this matter and facilitates a refund for the second night of my stay. I believe it is only fair to compensate me for the substandard conditions, the unprofessional behavior of the hotel staff, and the failure to provide accurate information

Disappointing, do not book this hotel on booking.com

This was a trip down memory lane for me and my family. I went there, to the same hotel but prior to the renovation, over a dozen times as a kid and young adult. Sadly, the old glamour and style is all gone and has been replaced by a cold, run of the mill, styling and boring hotel experience overall. Very disappointing. We made the best out of it but WARNING the rooms advertised on booking.com are the cheapest. Do not book here.

Do not book this hotel on booking.com The Hotel only lists their worst rooms on this site, as admitted by staff. If you book a standard room (only option on here at the time of my booking) they are by definition on the first or second floor. Hm? Which hotel does that? Our two rooms were above a kitchen vent and we needed to change rooms against a hefty surcharge. This is false advertising as even the balcony praised on booking.com is unusable due to the vent and being right on top of a roof with no view at all. The reception staff, like most staff in the hotel, seemed incompetent and while the waiters etc. are at least friendly the reception staff was rude and offensive. We agreed to upgrade and paid extra and yet the receptionist did not tire to blame us for booking the rooms we had initially booked! I have traveled all over the world and stayed in extremely nice hotels (and very bad ones) but this experience checking in at this hotel tops the negative list. Yet it is a 4 star+?? Overall, check-in was like approaching a government office not a place where you spend your vacation and our receptionist (Rita) had no idea what she was doing and very unprofessional and unfriendly. Despite having to upgrade to a 'suite' (the name itself is a affront to every other suite in the world) the places at the hotel beach were the same as for a standard room. Only after repeated complaints was this changed. Overall disappointing. Food is okay but if you stay longer than a week you will get bored, minus the staff running around in a confused manner, dropping dishes everywhere and overall disorganized, and forgetful behavior. Entertainment? Nothing going on, feels like a retirement home. As advertised? No again.

I’d stay again

the pool is nice. a little smaller than the pictures lead you to believe but it’s still very nice. the location is really good as well. close to the town area with lots of restaurants and bars.

the spa area is nice and the website says it’s available to all guests but when we went up there with our 7 year old daughter they waited until she was in the hot tub already to tell us that she wasn’t allowed there. that’s a pretty crappy thing to do to a kid. I understand certain things being off limits to the children, but it’s a family resort so the spa should be available for everyone

By far the best thing about this hotel is the excellent food. It doesn't matter if it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, everything is always delicious. I rate 11 out of 10 ;o) The hotel is superbly equipped with a large air conditioned area for the kids to play (+/- 200 m2 of space). 3 swimming pools with 50, 90 and 150 cm of water and a poolside bar for drinks and food. Great views from the top of the hotel - fitness, wellness and relaxation area. On the beach there are private sun beds with umbrella and a safe for mobile phones, keys and other small items.

It took about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Otherwise, the hotel can not be complained about anything else.

Silent private beach and private pool, we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Good soundproofing of the hotel. The service was perfect. Easy parking. We were kindly surprised by beach bag in the room (the only thing we forgot). A lot of towels,changed daily,even during swimming in the pool at the evening. We enjoyed half board first 2 days,a lot of local foods (fishes,seafood, pasta). Then the selection of the meal appeared to be lot similar (fish,seafood,pasta),more variability would be appreciated.

Wifi connection,I was pushed to use private data for whole stay (a lot of disconnections,slow for working). We had a smallest room (next to elevator),althouth hotel seemed not fully booked. Really small bathroom,just one person at one time in bathroom,otberwise for two not possible to move ( to clean the teeth).

Staff treated residents unequally based on their ethnicity. We didn’t get our full access to the beach facilities like the rest rooms and the safe box. Additionally, we were placed away from the beach. At the breakfast buffet the waiter ignored our order. If you have free breakfast included to your booking you have to pay for a bottle of water.

Location of the hotel and beach: both are located in the edge of the village, therefore it was very silent around. Hotel and territory is modern and clean. There is an underground parking for all guests.

The room description for 3 persons includes 1 sofa and 1 double bed, actually there was 1 double bed and 1 camp-cot (which is definitely not a sofa). Our family stayed in the hotel during second half of September and we noticed that variety and quality of food has been falling dramatically from day to day. Finally, all of us were sick of the same food. The food is not worth 4 stars hotel. We were observing closing process of the hotel premises while living in the hotel: the bar near the swimming pool was closed at all, then outside tables and chairs were also collected by the staff and taken out. If the hotel management is minimizing costs at the end of the season then room rates shall also be adjusted accordingly.

I really liked how clean it was and how friendly and accommodating the staff was. From the kitchen to the room service and reception - an amazing team! Lovely pool and entertainment program for adults and children.

The doors at the pool were always open, leading to the street from the pool. Not so much of an issue from the hotel itself but the guests don't close it. Might be dangerous for kids - having a lock with a code instead of the cards might resolve this :) We were not able to control the AC in our room by ourselves (maybe it's linked to the room category, not sure). It was set to 23°C by the reception and was either in or entirely off: Through this it was either too cold at night and we got a headache from the AC or it was too hot when we pulled the card or opened the door... I appreciate the eco-thought, but still it was unpleasant at night. The indoor playground was also a bit too hot, but great toys and really nice staff.

It was our most expensive stay na IT - but view was horrible (no seaview in that price, small room, small TV - smaller than notebook). Tai nuostabus viešbutis skirtas atsipalaiduoti ir pabėgti nuo visų rūpesčių. Per balkoną, atsiveria nuostabus vaizdas į jūrą. Pusryčiai ir vakarienės buvo nuostabios. Maisto pasirinkimas buvo milžiniškas - nuo gruzdintu bulvyčių ir vištienos kepsnelių iki įmantrių jautienos kepsnių ir jūros gėrybių patiekalų. Tad, valgyti ras tiek vaikai, tiek suaugę. Vieną vakarą, vyko gyvos muzikos koncertas viešbučio bare. Nebuvo nieko įspūdingo, bet vis tiek maloni staigmena. Kiekvienam kambariui, buvo priskirtas asmeninis saulės gultas, prie jūros. Rugsėjo mėnesio viduryje, daugelis viešbučiu jau surinkinėjo gultus, tačiau čia, visi gultai buvo palikti, nors daug žmonių nebuvo. Viešbutis taip pat duoda dviračius, su kuriais galima lengvai pasiekti Bibione miesto centrą. Yra požeminė automobilių stovėjimo aikštelė, todėl automobilį buvo galima laikyti paslėpta nuo saulės. Jeigu jau esate čia buvę arba jei jus planuojate visa laiką praleisti prie jūros ar baseino, tada galima rinktis ir pigesnį kambarį. Tačiau jei keliaujate čia pirmą kartą arba švenčiate specialią progą - tikrai rekomenduoju pasiimti geresnį numerį, kad jūsų patirtis būtų daug įsimintinesnė. Iš viešbučio asmeninės interneto svetainės, galima sužinoti, kad kuo geresnis numeris, tuo jis aukščiau, todėl ir vaizdas per balkoną daug geresnis. Mūsų pusiau liukso kambarys buvo toks didelis, kad ten lengvai butų tilpę 4 ar net 5 žmonės, todėl jei atvykstate ilgesniam laikui, jūsų daiktai netrukdys jums mėgautis kambariu. Bėja - pusryčiams duoda putojančio vyno. Viešbučio personalas buvo labai paslaugus ir prieš mums atvykstant, paprašiau nupirkti gėlių puokštę, mūsų ypatingos šventės proga. Puokštė buvo nuostabi. Viešbutis taip pat yra akligatvio gale kur baigiasi miestas netoli paplūdimio, labai ramioje ir gražioje vietoje. Viešbutis paplūdimyje turi savo tualetus ir persirengimo kambarius. Krantas yra smėlis, kurį dar ir išvalo, todėl eiti maudytis į jūrą yra vienas malonumas.

Viešbutis rašo, kad teikia skalbimo paslaugą, tačiau pasiteiravus, buvau informuotas, kad jie siunčia skalbinius į skalbykla (kaip atskira įmonė) ir reikia informuoti apie tokį norą prieš 4 dienas. Teko važiuoti į Bibione miesto centrą, kur buvo savitarnos skalbykla, kad išsiskalbti drabužius.

Die Zeit war einfach super toll und erholsam

Das Ambiente im Hotel. Der Strand und die Poolbar mit tollem Kaffee und kleinen Snacks. Das Zimmer war super mit Kapselautomat . Balkon mit Blick auf die Lagune und seitlichen Blick aufs Meer.

Das Frühstück war teilweise nicht nachgelegt, Tomaten und Gurken wurden erst nach Aufforderung aufgefüllt. Im Frühstücksraum ist es sehr laut. Jeden Tag wurde ein anderer Tisch zugewiesen.

Die gesamte Ausstattung in Zimmern und on den Allgemeinen Bereichen ist neuwertig. Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt. 2 extrabreite deluxe Liegen am Strand je Zimmer inklusive. Sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet.

Kleines Manko ist, das die "warmen Speisen" beim Frühstück durch die Wärmelampen nicht warm gehalten werden. Pancakes, Speck... sind dadurch kalt.
