Great location, clean and new.
Rheem hot water is quite noisy as it is inside the French laundry.

Central location Quiet Manager was easily contacted
Under the beds and couches had obviously not been cleaned in a while. The bedside lamps did not work. The balcony windows had not been cleaned and were very smeared.
