Our stay was spectacular, we enjoyed it very much and miss the views!

Luka and Mia were absolutely fantastic! Very welcoming and gracious hosts. The property has amazing views of the sea with a balcony you could sit and eat or have a glass of wine to unwind and enjoy the views. Very quiet location. The unit we stayed in was very clean, bright and well decorated. Short walk to market, also has access nearby to walk down to the beach. It is a lot of stairs, but was worth it ! After staying for only a couple of days we really wished we had booked a longer stay ! We'd go back in a heartbeat !!!

It's a little far from city center, but you could rent scooter or take taxi. We did a lot of walking, but it was fine for us.

A beautiful apartment, amazing hosts, and a perfect stay in Hvar - we would highly recommend it to anyone.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stay truly deserved one. My fiancée and I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we met Mia and Mario, they were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They kindly allowed us an early check-in, which was a lifesaver after our early ferry to Hvar. Mia went above and beyond during our stay - she personally called to secure us a great table at a local restaurant, recommended excellent vehicle rentals and excursions, and even helped us book the right ferry for our next destination when we couldn’t find it online. The apartment itself was perfect: spacious, fully equipped, and with a breathtaking view of the Pakleni Islands. The sunsets from the balcony were unforgettable. Just below the property is a lovely beach, and the location was ideal - close enough to town for convenience, but far enough to avoid the crowds. Mia was always available if we needed anything, and her thoughtfulness made our stay seamless. It truly felt like home.

We absolutely loved our stay at Anita Apartment! We were warmly welcomed by Mia and Niko, who gave us plenty of great tips about nearby beaches and their favorite restaurants in Hvar. One of the things we enjoyed the most was the balcony with its stunning view over Hvar’s harbor — perfect for breakfast and evening drinks while watching the sunset. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and we’ll definitely miss the beautiful walk along the sea to the center of Hvar. We can’t wait to come back! Hope to see you again soon!

The apartment was really clean. Location was amazing. Parking in front of the door. The host Mia was really nice for us and really sweet. Helped with the luggage and gave us a welcome drink. She helped with finding an amazing restaurant where we had a lovely night/dinner. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location to explore the islands

Mia and Lucas were excellent hosts. Helpful and welcoming. The apartment was a good size with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was delightful to watch the boats crossing over from the islands. Supermarket and great restaurants near by. Stairs to the beach were steep but well worth it for the beach and promenade to the main area of town. Mia gave great information about what to do. We had the best time at Mlini beach on her suggestion, which was a short water taxi away.

We really loved our stay with Luka and Mia at Apartments Anita. The apartment was very spacious and clean with great facilities. The view is beautiful and overlooks the sea. You are very close to the beaches and a 10-15 walk from the town of Hvar. You are only 2 minutes walk from the supermarket and a lovely restaurant. The apartment requires a couple of stairs so take this into consideration if booking. We loved and we highly recommend. Thank you Luka and Mia!

Good affordable stay in Hvar away from busy areas

The host was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing my husband and I to check in early, which was much appreciated. She was also responsive to any questions we had during the stay. As with many places in Croatia, there are quite a few steps to navigate the unit, but the host was helpful in getting our luggage up, making it easier for us. The apartment itself was a good value for the price – comfortable, clean, and in a quiet area. There’s a nearby supermarket for any additional items needed such as toothpaste, water, snacks, etc. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming and affordable stay in Hvar.

Stunning!

The apartment is so big and comfy, has everything you could ask for! The view from the balcony is amazing, feels like a Mediterranean dream. The family that owns the apartment was also so kind and helpful. Moreover given the location, it is really peaceful, would definitely recommend this place :)

Well when you arrive to the port, have to walk 30 minutes with your luggage to reach, and is a bit uphill, but a con that is worth the peace and better price than in the center of the island. Most also highlight that even there is a supermarket nearby it is quite small, would recommend to get some transportation to buy groceries a bit further away.

Mia, our host, was awesome! She picked us up from the ferry and then brought us back to the ferry at the end of our stay. The two rental units were fantastic! We had great views and only a 20 minute walk along the water to the old town area.

Pictures of the view don't do it justice, especially at sunset. It's incredible. Very spacious. Large, comfortable bed. Very well located, it's a 15 min walk to the old town/centre and you can do it walking by the sea. The best beaches and swimming spots are on this side of town, lots of trees, gorgeous. This area is also quiet at night, sincet Hula Hula club closes at 10.

Mia it’s definitely the best, her attention to details and kindness it’s unique. We loved to stay here, our ferry was canceled because of weather conditions, but it kind of felt like a great stroke of luck because we were able to stay more days in this amazing apartment. The view and balcony are stunning, the kitchen is very equipped, it even has an oven. The bedroom and living room super cozy. Everything perfect.

It’s a little bit far from the center if you wish to stay where restaurants and cafes are. But for us was perfect because of the calmness.

Mia Luka and their family were so welcoming and helpful, nothing was any trouble. they had a family celebration while we were there and saved treats from it for us. we were invited into the family home for for a taste of schnapps they had made from their produce they had grown. the property was very spacious, modern and clean and had everything you needed.
