Location and lots of Features. Nice staff.

Build Quality of basically eveything. All felt a Bit cheap. But to be fair Never Seen it be different in a croatian rental home. Also ACs are bad. We had a relatively cool temperature outside and it already was a bit warm. If it gets really hot out I think you will be uncomfortable.
