Good selection of food items for breakfast including delicious pancakes
Location in the heart of Põltsamaa close to the castle
Room was basic, but had everything you need for a one-night-stay
No tea selection at breakfast
No front-of-house staff during breakfast (kitchen staff did her best to do two jobs at the same time)

Good location, near to the castle. Room was spacious.
The drainage system of the jacuzzi was broken and it was impossible to get the water out. Shower curtains had mold growing on them. Floor in the bathroom was very slippery, me and my co-traveller both nearly fell. Customer service was lacking and not hospitable which in turn made us feel unwanted. We were asked about the time we would like to have breakfast, which in turn made no difference since by the time we got there the breakfast buffet was nearly empty.
