We liked everything about this place. Really. 1. Very friendly host! Maria made our stay enjoyable. In case if we needed something was always helpful. There was also bottled water, butter and eggs in the fridge as well as bread waiting for us so that we can prepare a breakfast as we arrived late. 2. Parking - at the property. Safe and spacious. 3. Apartment that we were at (on the 1st floor) is really specious. AC in every of 2 bedrooms. The rest of the apt has fans everywhere (halls, living room, kitchen). Many balconies what makes the apartment airy even in hot days. 3 bathrooms - 2 of them attached to bedrooms and one separated, accessible from the apartment's hall 4. The apartment was spotlessly clean, we spent there 5 nights and were offered the bedsheets change in the middle of the stay what doesn’t usually happen when you rent an apartment. Thank you Vikash! 5. Location is fabulous. In 5-10 min walk you can be at the beach. In 1 min walk you are at the main street with lots of restaurants and shops. I wish we could stay longer. And if ever again I am in Goa I will be heading towards Shalom Dream Home of Maria.

the location was excellent and the apartment was everything we asked for. The added touches that were left for us ie. bread, butter, coffee, tea and water were an added bonus. The caretaker Vickas was always on hand if we needed anything and when i messaged Maria she got back to us very quickly.

although everything was of a high standard within the apartment, there was work being done to the building which at times was a bit disruptive with banging, grinding etc.. but this would not put us off staying here again.

Good location, great facilities all things were available to use like kitchen, washing machine, water filter. Nice place for family and can easily accommodate 10 to 15 members for full property.

The staff could have been more pro active and no other issues with the property as such.

The location was spot on for bars & restaurants the beach, the main Candolim beach road area around 15 to 20 mins walk. Nice touch on arrival was bread, butter & eggs provided plus water and as we were late arriving this was well appreciated. We had a couple of minor problems but on contacting Maria these were sorted immediately, also there was no hair dryer as stated in facilities but this was also quickly rectified. Spacious rooms with en-suites and a good location. Would recommend & would stay here again.

The only thing against these apartments was there is no pool, we knew this on booking obviously.
