The hotel is in a lovely quiet garden setting yet 5 minutes walk from the main Unawatuna beach. There are many restaurants, cafes and craft shops in the street nearby.
The breakfast was fairly simple but made to order and was a refreshing change from the buffets you get in larger restaurants. I needed leave early at the end of my stay for a train from Galle and they arranged Tuk Tuk transport to the station for me.
The Wifi was a fairly slow and used a single use token meaning I could only use it with one device.
