The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The location was great, as it was in the city centre
When we arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, we felt that the bed sheets were not clean, so we asked them to change them. Also, there were someone else's used slippers in the bathroom. And if you ask me, the door handles also needed to be replaced because they were rusty.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location. Looking forward to stay again. We haven't spent a penny on Taxi being one minute walk from the heart of Trabzon Meydan.

Location was good near to medan trabzon and everything is available around the hotel
It is totally uncomfortable, the beds are very bad
The noise is easily heard from all rooms surrounding our room. There is no coffee in the breakfast buffet . U should give key room to the reception when u ask for room service and u should be out of the room.
