    the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. don't worry, their English is great so communication is still possible for those of us who are not proficient in Turkish and Arabic.. for cleanliness, don't doubt it... I am very allergic to ambal,, but in this hotel I can comfortably sit on the ambal... the location of this hotel is very strategic... out of the lobby, then you will find a bus stop or taxi rank.. but if you want them to order it,, you can also. want to go to meydan park just walk less than 5-10 minutes, to ganita park is also very close, just take the pedestrian bridge.. for boztepe, I walked about 20-30 minutes (leisurely walk)... overall, I highly recommend this place for solo travelers who are on a middle budget or family trip

    Location is gd near the bazaar and the famous pilav beef rice. 6mins walk. Furniture is quite old. The glass door in the bathroom is dangerous. Not suitable for small bathroom. Welcomed dessert for us we appreciate it. Staff helpful and always smile. Breakfast not much selection. Breakfast view nice.

    The location it was near to everything in downtown of trabzon and room it was very clean and full of amenities
