櫃台服務人員非常友善回答和解決問題，不會不耐煩
房門鎖故障，浴室冷熱水不好調，不是過熱就過冷，電視無法看、冷氣有點吵、房間剛開始入住時孩子一躺下就有點過敏和癢，請櫃台更換床單後ok，最後一天上午加一晚住宿，房間就沒打掃毛巾垃圾都沒倒，後來因為也發現房門其實不是真得上鎖@@，後來才有換房間….所以一進門要檢查

離昇恆昌很近, 出差休息閒逛都不錯, 房內有浴缸可以泡澡很舒服, 早餐種類蠻多味道也不錯
房間內的乾濕分離沒有做好, 玻璃門下方是空的導致水還是會噴出去; 櫃台服務人員忘記退房時要提供的文件, 幸好晚上有預約機場接駁還有時間再來拿, 結果補拿的時候另一位櫃台服務人員還說沒有交待, 直到我重覆提醒說講過兩次要給了才想起來並找到; 行李寄放是自己拿去旁邊的小房間放, 也沒有給號碼牌之類的做記號, 結果晚上就看到有其他人的行李找不到在那邊翻找, 還拖延到接駁車的時間
