Paxos Bonzai Studios

It’s located just on the edge of Gaios, making a perfect 5 min stroll to the harbour, tavernas, and shops but slightly out so it’s peaceful and all you hear is the cicadas. Our room was very well equipped, the kitchen a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The room has a small terrace with loungers and a parasol. The host Iannis, was excellent. We arrived earlier than check in but let us go in early for free. He would say hello and check everything was okay daily. He also sold water so it saved us having to carry it from the shops. It was also the little things that made it special, he recommend beaches to us, there were towels and a beach umbrella provide. He and his daughter also gave us a fridge magnet as we check out which was so sweet.

The host is very polite, makes sure everything is ok and is available for everything you might need. The studio is perfect, the attention to detail is amazing, you have everything you need in the bathroom, kitchen and even umbrellas for sun or rain. We were greeted with cold water, juice and a bottle of wine. The location is really comfortable, walking distance to the main part of Gaios, the departure spot for Antipaxos, we left the car in the parking lot and explored on foot. The pool is very well maintained and it s the perfect place to relax. Yanis provides everything you need and in my opinion, it s the perfect accommodation in Gaios.

The property had everything you would need, The owner Yanna was a wonderful host will give you lifts to anywhere on the island he also brought fresh bread every morning he is one in a million he makes the place

We stayed at Bonzai apartments for 10 days and had the most amazing time. Yiannis is by far the best host we’ve ever had — he was very attentive but not intrusive and he ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect, only a 5-10 minute walk to the beaches or into Gaios main town. We stayed in the cottage with the private terrace which gave us plenty of privacy, but we were still able to enjoy the pool and communal seating area. The bed and room were comfortable, the apartment was clean, and we arrived to some water and wine in the fridge which was lovely. We would 100% recommend staying here! We can’t wait to come back :)
