The location, balcony with view, spacious apartment. The owner helped us leaving the luggages in the building after our check out time as well, we did really appreciate this gesture!

Nothing, maybe needs to be renovated a bit but rather than that everything was amazing

Great location and good communication with the host. The bed linen and towels were clean, fresh, and well maintained.

The apartment has potential, but it would benefit from renovation and more regular investment. There was a noticeable stale smell inside, and the tap water was completely yellow for the first few minutes after turning it on. The refrigerator in the living room is quite noisy, which may disturb anyone sleeping there. The kitchen is not well equipped—we had to buy a small pot ourselves so we could prepare soup for our children. In addition, the kitchen could be cleaner. Overall, it felt as though the apartment has not been updated or properly maintained for quite some time. We also had to buy clothespins to dry our laundry without it falling into the neighbor’s courtyard. The street is very narrow, so parking is only available some distance away from the property.
