Nice location, walking distance to the beach and center. Good value for the money.

It was really hot. The room is not properly isolated and it felt like a waste of energy when starting the air conditioning. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

A great location, a few minutes from the beach and the city center. The host is great and ready to assist you in anything you might need. There is free parking on the street in front of the apartments. The apartments are clean, there are two balconies and an equipped kitchen.

Amazing place and kindest hosts

We had a great stay, the room has small equipped kitchen, good bathroom and comfortable beds. Great thank you to Athina and Christos for being kindest and nicest people in Greece!

Everything! The room is extremely clean and has everything you need for a summer vacation, and If you miss something the hosts are always happy to help! It is literally 3 min from a beautiful sandy beach. The owners are so kind and welcomy. We will be coming back.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The owners were very helpful and very polite. The location couldn't be better - a literal minute from the beach and literally 30 seconds from the main promenade. The room had everything we needed, it was super clean and cozy. I highly recommend Athina rooms and if I ever go back to Kallikrateia, I'll choose them again.

Everything was pefect! 10/10 Wonderful hosts above all! Accommodation is very clean, tidy, comfortable, comfy. Location is in the center just half a minute from the beach. You have free parking in front of the property and everything is very close. For sure we will come again next year.
