Sehr zentrale Lage bei der Karlsbrücke. Ruhig, da die Fenster in einen schönen Innenhof gehen. Das Gepäck kann bei vorzeitiger Anreise im Büro , unweit des Bahnhofs , deponiert werden. Geöffnet ist von ca 8-18 Uhr. Dort wird man sehr freundlich empfangen und umsorgt.
In der Küche gibt es zwar Salz aber sonst keine anderen Minimal Vorräte wie Zucker , Wasser, Tee oder Café Kapseln. Diese werden zwar versprochen - ist bei bester Anreise leider vergessen worden.

The location was great. Property owner set up sofa bed all ready to go for our daughter to sleep in right away. They provided washing detergent for clothing and a drying rack. Place was clean.
Only 3 bath towels for 3 guests and they were very small and worn out. No matter how hard we tried every time we took a shower the floor would get soaked and we had to use our few towels to dry it up. There were no mats to help. Very little charm to the place, seemed like the bare necessities. Our son got a room just a few blocks away and it was decorated with plants, books and you can tell the owner puts a lot of time and money back into the property where he stayed.
