The location was perfect for us as it was just a 15-minute tube ride to the exhibition centre. There were also a lot of nice restaurants around. The biggest advantage was the hotel staff, who were always happy to help with any query.

Everything was fine. But maybe the iron in the room would be a good decision.

The room was incredibly cozy, clean, and comfortable. I'm someone who appreciates attention to detail, and I found everything well-thought-out for a comfortable stay. The towels were exceptionally clean and white, a nice touch. The staff was polite and helpful.

The air conditioner struggles to bring down/keep room temperature at comfortable levels.

location was nice to reach exhibition center and Florya area. also walking around is ok tea at the breakfast is good tea/coffee facilities in the room

I ve asked a non smoking room. Receptionists confirm it is no smoking and at the same time that I can snore there. most rooms are connected with internal door to the neibours (family rooms) and if your neighbor smokes - you live in ashtray. that’s was my first days, then I changed the room next to my collegue, who is no smoking. changing the room took 3 days and it was worst hotel stay, as smoke was always in my room. breakfast is poor, if you stay longer that 2-3 days. no lobby to have a drink or coffe in the evening or during the day. rooms are used already and some bathroooms shall be renovated. it is clean but do not expect high level rooms.
