As always service and facilities were very good

Towels need to be replaced as they were quite rough texture.

The hotel was located conveniently near some local restaurants and a hospital was nearby. The staff assisted us as my travel companion was very ill. Shri assisted us in contacting the travel insurance company. Breakfast was delicious with great choices. 2 days was too short. I will definitely return and stay longer.

I have no criticism at all. Everything was great.

The staff were exceptional, if there was anything ever missing they would replace it straight away. They were hospitable and were always willing to help. I initially shared the room with a friend but she left earlier for her travels and I stayed two extra nights on my own. I felt safe and looked after. They accommodated my requests and were always on hand. I would like to shout out Majid, Karan Leena, and there was another member that I didn’t get the name of as I checked out, but also the housekeeping staff and everyone that helped along the way.

There are some nights where there are events going on so you can hear the music pretty loudly, I know I was right under it though so may be different on other parts of the hotel. But nothing that caused too much of an issue.

The staff was helpful, they helped me with my luggage. overall good experince. Food was good to taste.

Because of less rooms the breakfast buffet was not there, they said they can make whatever is required they did serve it but no buffet was a little disappointing. In the room the AC was leaking, when told the person told keep on 25 degree, when asked them to change the room as the water was dripping constantly, They did not offer themselves and suggested to keep on 25degree, when asked they shifted to twin bed room.
