1. Room cleaning was not thorough, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. 2. Despite staying multiple nights, our room still wasn't cleaned by 4:00 PM. 3. We reported this issue to the front desk, but they failed to take any action. 1. 客室の清掃が行き届いておらず、部屋全体の清潔感も欠けていました。 2. 連泊しているにもかかわらず、夕方の4時になっても部屋の清掃が終わっていませんでした。 3. フロントに清掃の件を伝えましたが、一向に対応してもらえませんでした。

Clean comfortable room at a great location. Would stay again and highly recommend.

A great place to stay a couple of nights - great location with excellent public transportation

Location is alright as it is close to MRT station. Building itself is pretty old and not well maintained. You can see the interior has not been updated for a while. You can't throw toliet paper into the toilet probably due to ancient sewer system that can be clogged easily. Although it does offer free washer and dryer, man these machines are ancient. Buttons on the washer are pretty much all gone, dryer took forever to dry. During our stay, for some reason there was a planned power outage, the backup generator created enough smoke that triggered fire alarm around 1AM. Everyone had to leave the building in the middle of the night, it took 2-3 hours for the police and fireman to clear the building so that we could go back to our rooms. But elevator was not working and there are 12 floors in this building, good luck to people who live on higher floors and hopefully you are strong enough to climb 12 floors with your feet. They did compensate us for a lousy US$30 per room. This compensation was not a result of the discussion between the customers and the hotel, we were told this was the compensation, take or leave it. Talked with the hotel manager the next day about the compensation, promised to escalate and will respond in 15 days. It's been over a month, heard nothing from them. Do yourself a favor, find a different hotel.
