A warm and friendly welcome that made you feel like you had been going for years. Hana was so nice and personable. The room was lovely and clean and so was the property. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely go back.

Excellent B&B. Hana was a lovely host, so helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Whole place was spotlessly clean. My room contained everything you could need, with a shared fridge on the landing, useful to keep drinks cold. Really good choice of breakfast items and very tasty. Excellent location for the bus and train station, 2 minute walk. Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to others.

Amazing hannah and Steve have got the whole hosting thing sewn up the whole place is spotlessly clean and really nicely decorated the room was perfect bed comfy shower great nice decor curtains block out all the light proper kettle decent tea bags alarm clock breakfast was brilliant piping hot and delicious this is the best place I've stayed on the island they should be really proud of themselves cheers guys see you soon

Hana and Steve are great hosts who cannot do enough for their guests. Comfortable beds. Excellent, hearty cooked breakfast. Lovely shower facilities. Tea, coffee and biscuits as standard in guest rooms.

A nice relaxing few days away visting somewhere new.

Great room, nice and airy, plus on ground floor, though wasn't important. Great welcome, breakfast, which could be changed easily, plenty of breakfast as well. The staff was really nice and polite and cheerful. Will be back again, next year.

Beautiful house ,they have obviously spent a lot of time effort and money to produce a classic Victorian house. Made to feel really welcome and the place was immaculate. Absolutely fantastic B&B, everything about it is perfect. Made to feel incredibly welcome by Hanna from start to finish, who is the heart and soul of the place. Brilliant all round service, breakfast is delicous, bedrooms are very comfortable and cleaned every day. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit the Isle of Wight next time!

Really fantastic stay if not for noisy neighbors

Amazing breakfast, very kind and helpful owner made us feel at home, the room was very clean and comfortable, great location close to public transportation for easy access, well maintained property with nice communal areas. I am

I feel terrible for saying anything negative about an otherwise perfect stay, but the walls were quite thin and we could hear our neighbors talking quite clearly until around 1am. We never asked them to quiet down so perhaps it’s partly our fault, but it really did take something away from our stay. Otherwise, honestly everything was really great.

A great place to explore the Isle of Wight from.

The guest house was well presented and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious and Hana was so friendly, a great host. The location was ideal for walking into Shanklin centre or to the beach front. It was really easy to park and a great base to explore the island.

Our bedroom was a touch on the small side and shower quite noisy. But nothing to put us off staying again.

It was a last minute decision to travel from York to Isle of Wight and it was excellent

Having travelled by train the location was excellent and central for the beach, old town and bus station for travelling around the island. Having read previous reviews the breakfast was a great start to the day and the variety was excellent as was our Hosts.

There was nothing I didn’t like with the accommodation and would certainly return with confidence !

Lovely, modern B&B room in Shanklin. Very close to the beach (walking distance). Room was very clean & covid friendly. Nice breakfast! We would visit again.
