Eine Oase von Zuhause Gefühl und gleichzeitig Ferien. Der wunderbare Garten, das schöne kühle Haus mit meterdicken Wänden, die Ruhe, die herrliche Umgebung, und die schon in Reisführern gelobte Freundlichkeit in Castello, die auch Francesco, unserem Host, eigen ist, liessen uns fühlen, als wären wir in einer Literatur gelandet - nur eben ohne jedes Drama! Vielen Dank!

Zeer vriendelijke gastheer, Francesco. Spreekt vloeiend Engels wat de onderlinge communicatie makkelijk maakte. Wachtte ons op om de sleutels te overhandigen. Goede rondleiding en toonde hoe alles werkte. Verraste ons met een fles wijn en een typisch Siciliaans gerechtje. Was steeds bereikbaar voor bijkomende uitleg of gastronomische tips. Prachtige ligging aan de voet van de Etna.

La struttura è davvero accogliente, rispetta perfettamente la descrizione on line ed anche se abbiamo soggiornato in un periodo molto caldo dentro era gradevolemente fresca!!! Il giardino è bello e la piscina fuori terra si apprezza davvero dopo aver girato nei dintorni caldi di Castiglione di Sicilia. Francesco è un'ospite eccellente! Sempre cordiale, amichevole e disponibile.

Leuk dat de rivier alcantara op 10 minuten lopen ligt. Met kids dammetjes bouwen. Er is ook een plek om fikkie te stoken in de tuin. Hout kan je daar kopen of zelf verzamelen. Dicht bij noord Etna en Alcantara kloof
Het was voor ons niet duidelijk dat het zwembad pas in juni open gaat. Op website staat 'in het seizoen' maar wat dat precies betekent? Een datum van openen zou duidelijker zijn op booking.
