"Kermarjolaine is located 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches on the gulf side and the Orange port of Saint Pierre Quiberon, the Media library and all the shops in the old town (in particular the very popular large Thursday morning market) as well as its tourist office from which many walks and discoveries with a guide to the peninsula leave; the SNCF station of Tire Bouchon is a 5-minute walk from the Côte Sauvage side; the fishing village of Portivy is also 5 minutes away. .. by car..
The Quiberon Thalasso is less than 10 minutes by car ... off season.
The house: The living area is 199 m². . It consists of a ground floor, a garden level and a two-story floor (connected by a corridor). The whole is connected wifi and each room also has an RJ45 socket.
On the ground floor: a large living room (television) with dining room overlooking the garden (adjustable table from 8 to 12 place settings and 12 chairs), a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet with sink, a bedroom ( 160cm / 200cm double bed) and adjoining bathroom (shower and sink).
On the garden level: a large utility room, 1 shower and 1 separate WC.
Upstairs, there is 1 parental bedroom (double bed of 160cm / 200cm) with adjoining desk, 1 parental bedroom with 140cm by 190cm bed, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds of 90cm / 200cm with 1 mezzanine (where you can add 3 beds), 1 bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 1 separate toilet with sink.
Outside: a parking space (up to 3 cars).
