Location and well kept. Good character accommodation in a nice setting.
A few suggestions to make it even better: dessert spoons, sharper cooking knives, more comfortable pillows and a spare loo roll.

Super clean, cosy, quiet location. Great value for money. All the facilities you need. Type in Bodmin Hospital on google maps to find location. The farm is 2 mins around the corner
