Excellent condition and really comfortable
Location a little out of the way and directions misleading. It certainly isn't 200 yards from the turning. Sent messages via the app which weren't replied to.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Penno Cottage. It is spacious, well laid out and everything we needed was available. We loved watching the garden birds visiting the bird feeder (Stocked daily) from our window. We also appreciated the privacy and independence the cottage gave us, and its central position to explore Cornwall. We were sad to leave.

Penno Cottage was like a home from home. Clean, well situated for good days out, spacious, good shower lovely courtyard with loads of birds. New micro-brewery/bar/restaurant almost finished. We had a Quick Look inside and will make a great addition to a great location. Hopefully we’ll be back to experience it another time.
I’m glad I have streaming apps that I could log in to. The tv signal was not great. (Didn’t affect us too much but it may others)
