Very good

Spacious, clean, and modern apartment with a well-equipped kitchen in a great location. Lots of great restaurants, a supermarket and everything to enjoy your stay nearby. Very friendly staff. Cleaning services are available upon request. Reasonably priced bike rental option. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets - waking up to the sound of the ocean was our highlight.

Some furnishings are a bit worn out by now (stains on the living room sofa, tears in the cover of the kitchen sofa, etc.) - nothing too serious, but it does decrease the value of the apartment. There is a small strip of nature reserve between the hotel and the ocean, some apartments on the first floor have trees in front of the windows that obstruct the view. We didn't really mind - it's a nature reserve after all - but would encourage the hotel to update the pictures on booking so guests know what to expect.

Superb view!

Beautiful apartment and absolutely breathtaking view! My daughter loved the welcome package with the beach ball. Very nice staff and great location.

For some reason the a/c in our apartment didn’t work in our bedroom, which was ok since we just opened the window. Also, we had very weak wi-fi. It was fine since we just spent time enjoying the view and listening to the waves but if strong wi-fi was super important to us, it would have been a problem.

Amazing view and comfortable stay for families.

Amazing view, right at the seaside. We enjoyed a lot the view. Breakfast is great in the Hotel Lambert/ opposite the apartment. Apartment clean and also had a surprise bottle of wine. We had 1 hour free of charge at the spa of Radisson Blu in Kolobrzberg. It is a wonderful hotel spa!

At the check-out we were shocked with 20 EUR/ night/ dog charges.

wonderful sea view, wonderful experience however the service could be improved

The place is excellent, according to my knowledge one of the best on the Polish coast. This is wonderful to observe the beach and sea enjoying a meal at a table or to enjoy a queen bed and listen to the sea, it does not matter at night or day.

This is an expensive location; therefore, you may expect appropriate service. I’ve marked in Booking com that I will arrive when reception is closed (I did not know about it until reservation), nobody contacted me until the day of arrival. Therefore I tried to get the site myself. Unfortunately, several hotels are connected to one line …When I finally selected Boulevard hotel, the connection was broken. I tried again and again with the same result. In this situation I tried to contact the reception via Booking.com website but each time I’ve got the answer: “thank you very much for your kind interest in our unique property. Our Reservation Sales Representative will contact you within maximum 48 hours. In case of any questions please feel free to contact us directly at +48 91 40 40 400.” Unfortunately, I needed contact within maximum 3 hours and not with a sales representative. As I mentioned above, it was impossible to contact a hotel by phone +48 91 40 40 400 did not work. Although the TV is not the essential thing during the holiday it is nice to watch it sometimes. Unfortunately, the internet-based TV does not work well, if you arrive in the evening and cannot ask why it does not work not able to watch it (it is necessary to reset it something) In my opinion the TV network there is quite old, and new TV receivers could be installed Although a small kitchen is in the room there is nothing offered there for free. Even a small bag with a tee or coffee. It would be nice to prepare coffee or tea after travel, but nothing is offered for the guests. They must bring their tee or coffee. This is strange if you consider the price of the room. Last but not least is the heating system. The glass wall loses heat, and there is simply cold in the room, but the heating system is not efficient. If you are cold-sensitive, you may have a problem there.

Very bad experience, will never come again

The view

The staff were rude, there weren't no bathtub even tho we were promised over mail. The cleaning were really bad, dirt on the floor upon arrival, could only come and clean it after 3 days, they didn't change the bed sheet even tho we asked for it, and the kitchen weren't cleaned probably. There also wasn't enough hot water for both of us, so I went showering all week in cold water.

The contact with the stuff was rather easy and the stuff themselves very helpful and understanding. The view is to die for, you literally wake up and see the sea right outside the window. The kitchen is well equipped and was more than sufficient for us to cook on a regular basis. Floor heating is an amazing plus.

Parking is tight but right next to the property. The only real problem we had was that the city of Ustronie Morskie is completely dead when not in season. It was expected, of course, and may be exactly what you’re looking for, but if your perfect seaside escape entails fried fish and a crispy waffle - you will have to get in your car and drive a bit to find an open spot. :)

Pobyt udany, największym atutem jest położenie hotelu tuż nad morzem i przeszklone ściany apartament

Lokalizacja to marzenie każdego kto wybiera się nad morze, widok z okna cudowny. Śniadania w innym hotelu, trzeba przejść kawałek, ale bardzo smaczne. Apartament wygodny, pościel, ręczniki bardzo czyste.

Już pierwszego wieczora mieliśmy awarię w łazience, zepsuł się bojler, woda zalała łazienkę, dostaliśmy propozycję zmiany apartamentu, ostatecznie zostaliśmy, bojler został wymieniony.

Sehr schön, aber mit Einschränkungen 😘

so von dem, was dann letztendlich trotz anderer Buchungserwartungen (schlechte/ eindeutige Präsentation auf Booking, da ein Jacuzzi und ein Zugang zur Dachterrasse zum Zimmer gehörten - aber der gut erreichbare Service hat uns schnell und gut in die Realität zurückgeholt 😏 Email perfekt, telefonisch in Deutscher Sprache war ok, aber mit Händen und Füßen erzählt 😀) Seher schön 🥰 man muss halt genau hingucken was man bucht und sich nicht von die angezeigten Bildern und Texte in der Zimmerbeschreibung verlassen, lieber noch mal nachfragen!!!

Die Heizung/ wahrscheinlich auch die Klimatisierung ist ab 22 Uhr eingeschränk. Was heißt: wir waren Silvester dort und durch die großen schönen Fenster zum Mehr war es wirklich arsch kalt😔 schön wäre noch eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Klima/ Heizung und das Kochfeld (gerne auch in Deutsch) ansonsten hat uns Google hierzu gut weiterhelfen können 😀
