Almost a really good option except for a few annoyances

Great location with a view of the sea from the balcony and one minute by foot to a very nice beach. Bathroom was clean and good. Apartment seems new and is very clean and generally nice enough for the most part. Comfortable beds. Basic kitchen that had everything we needed. Easy communication by text with apartment manager who seemed friendly and tried to be helpful. The apartment is almost a really good option that I would fully recommend except for a few things they can very easily fix....

1) They only accept cash or bank transfer. At this price range that is ludicrous and unacceptable. This is not a cheap apartment and this is not clearly indicated during the booking process (only something about a cash deposit). 2) The bedrooms have glass walls/doors with transparent lacy curtains. Who thought of this and why? Even if it's swingers or families or I don't know what staying there who want a good view of each other's beds from the living room for whatever reason, just add a second curtain that is not transparent and that problem is solved. The guests can choose. 3) Booked as three people and we got four coffee capsules. They did not sell these capsules at the Zabka on the corner. Come on, coffee capsules are cheap. Don't be needlessly stingy when you're charging this much. Give guests more of them and we'll be happier instead of having to run to store in the morning in search of coffee. 4) The parking garage in the basement of the apartment's building and should be included in the price of the apartment. No one actually demanded money for that so I won't actually hold it against them though. 5) We booked this one specifically because it was indicated that it has three beds. It does have a couch in the living room, but it was not exactly clear where the bedding was. Two of us just shared a bed in the end. Perhaps the bedding was there somewhere and we missed it though, and I'm sure they would have brought some if we'd texted them, so I'm going to say this isn't a huge issue.

Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek nad morzem

W apartamencie najbardziej podobała nam się jego lokalizacja – bliskość morza była czymś wyjątkowym. Możliwość wypicia porannej kawy na balkonie z widokiem na morze, przy szumie fal i lekkim, świeżym powietrzu, to coś, co naprawdę pozwalało się zrelaksować i poczuć klimat nadmorskiego wypoczynku. Dodatkowym atutem okolicy był pobliski park, do którego można było swobodnie wybrać się na spacer z pieskami. Sam apartament był bardzo gustownie urządzony, przytulny i ciepły. Panowała w nim przyjemna atmosfera, w której można było naprawdę odpocząć. Ogólnie pobyt wspominamy bardzo pozytywnie – to miejsce, do którego chce się wracać 😊

Jeśli chodzi o drobne uwagi: rozkładana kanapa nie była zbyt wygodna (cienki materac i wyczuwalne nierówności), w kuchni przydałaby się nowa patelnia oraz łopatka do przewracania potraw, a także nieco większa ilość naczyń – dla sześciu osób było ich trochę za mało. Przydałaby się również miotła na dłuższym kiju – byłoby to bardziej praktyczne rozwiązanie. Byliśmy w sześć osób i z dwoma pieskami – przy takiej liczbie gości zrobiło się już dość ciasno. Uważam, że apartament będzie idealny dla rodziny czteroosobowej (również z dwoma pieskami) – wtedy przestrzeń będzie w pełni komfortowa. Podsumowując – apartament oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie, szczególnie za lokalizację, widok oraz czystość. Po wprowadzeniu kilku drobnych udogodnień byłoby to miejsce niemal idealne 😊

Dwupoziomowy apartament na trzecim piętrze z pięknym widokiem na morze zadowoli najbardziej wybrednych maruderów. Łoże małżeńskie, rozkładana rogówka i pojedynczy tapczan czyli miejsce do spania nawet dla pięciu osób. Doskonałe wyposażenie: pralka, zmywarka, mikrofala, płyta indukcyjna, lodówka, czajnik, ekspres kolbowy, smart telewizor i klimatyzacja. Na plażę cztery leżaki i parawan. Chyba niczego więcej nie potrzeba. Po prostu super🤗👍

Do obiektu trudno się przyczepić ale pani zarządzająca pokojami do końca nie wiedziała ile policzyć za pobyt (na moją niekorzyść oczywiście). Płatność gotówką w obiekcie? Co to ma być? A już zamówienie serwisu do pralki w czasie pobytu gości uważam za bezczelność. Nawet słowa przeprosin. Do tego żeby zdać klucze i opuścić lokal trzeba czekać aż ktoś się pofatyguje. Słabe

Es war in Ordnung, jedoch Preis-Leistung stimmen nicht.

Die Lage war gut, da gleich beim Strandabgang und nur ein paar Meter zu Restaurants, Promenade, etc. Der Strand hier war allerdings sehr überfüllt, so dass wir jeden Tag etwas weiter Richtung Garskie gelaufen sind. Als die Spülmaschine, WLAN und Herd ausfielen war schnell jemand da. Das hat schnell geklappt. Empfehlung von uns ist die gegenüberliegende Pension Kaszubianka. Wer Frühstück außer Haus möchte, findet dort auf Anfrage eine wahre Oase mit einem ausgezeichnten Frühstück für 60 PLN.

Die Kommunikation insgesamt war schwierig, Fragen die wir im Vorfeld zu unserem Urlaub hatten, wurden erst nach mehrmaliger Anfrage beantwortet. Da wir kein Paar waren, wollten wir zwei Schlüssel haben, wurden uns zugesagt, bekamen aber bei der Übergabe nur einen. Auf den anderen mussten wir am nächsten Morgen 2 Std. warten, auch da fehlte die Information. Der versprochene Windfang war nicht da. Wir hätten uns entweder eine kurze Einweisung zur Wohnung und Umgebung, etc. bei Übergabe des Schlüssel gewünscht, wie wir das aus anderen Urlauben kennen oder zumindest eine Mappe mit ein paar Tipps, Empfehlungen zur Wohnung, Ort, etc. Bei dem Preis fänden wir dies sehr angemessen. Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, war dass der Hauptraum nur durch eine lange Glasfront von den beiden "Zimmern" abgetrennt ist. Das hintere "Zimmer" hat dadurch weder Tageslicht noch Frischluft. Dadurch ist keinerlei Intimität vorhanden. Es ist auch sehr hellhörig sowohl in der Wohnung als auch im Haus. Starke Fußgeräusche über uns nachts bis 2 Uhr haben wir mehrmals erlebt. Auch die Fußgänger sind bis spät nachts zu hören, wen dies stört. Man kann sich mit kleinen Kindern in der Wohnung abends nicht frei bewegen. Licht etc. bekommen diese mit. Es gibt für den Preis sicher besseres, wie wir nun wissen. Würden es nicht wieder buchen. Der Luxus besteht aus der Lage. Die Einrichtung war okay, jedoch gab es nichts für die Teezubereitung, keine Eierbecher, die beschrieben Kaffeemaschine war eine Kapselmaschine. Wurde allerdings auf unsere Bitte hin rasch ausgetauscht. Man sollte sich nicht von den Bildern bei booking.com blenden lassen, sie zeigen nicht alles. Besser nachfragen und die Bilder der eigenen Webite des Vermieters anschauen.

Drobne usterki typu: luźny kran, uszkodzona podłoga przy wyjściu na balkon, ciężko otwierające się drzwi na balkon. Takie drobne pierdoły, które są łatwe do naprawy ale mimo to nikt tego nie robi.

Apartament zgodny z opisem, bezpośrednio przy morzu, wyposażony w niezbędne przedmioty, dobry kontakt z obsługą. Na minus bardzo słaby zasięg telefoniczny (różni operatorzy) w obiekcie i ciasny parking podziemny, zwłaszcza brama wyjazdowa.

Krásný balkón, blízko pláže, výhled na moře, okolí, dostupnost obchodů v blízkosti ubytování, možnost ubytování se psem, venčení jen pár kroků od hotelu v lesíku, dostatek popelnic na tříděný i směsný odpad, vybavení kuchyňky, rybárny a restaurace s výběrem čerstvých ryb, venkovní před okenní rolety, tablety do myčky a přípravek na mytí u dřezu

Pokud v podzemní garáži zapomenete zamknout zábranu na parkovacím přiděleném místě zaparkuje tam jiný host a nemáte další místo na parkování, absence háčků v koupelně na ručníky, absence botníku nebo komody, v kuchyňce chyběla vařečka, pytlíky pro psí exkrementy nejsou u košů k dispozicí. Musíte si zakoupit v obchodě 20ks 6-8ZL
