Capo Spartivento Lighthouse

Il faro di Capo Spartivento si trova in una posizione favolosa, consente massima privacy e relax ed è dotato di tutti i comfort. Entrambe le piscine sono piacevoli, quella vista mare è super! Assolutamente consigliato, anche per colazione, pranzo e cena, abbondanti ed ottime.

Se si pranza o cena a bordo piscina (la vista è magnifica quindi ne vale la pena) bisogna fare attenzione agli insetti, in particolare alle vespe, che accorrono numerose.

Spectacular setting and views. Amazing and characterful Lighthouse building, where you can go up into the working lighthouse turret itself. Nice infinity pool. The set menu restaurant & wine selection was very good, with excellent sea views. Great mixed industrial / 19th century / modern decor throughout. Our room was large characterful and comfortable industrial style set over 2 floors. Staff were very friendly and professional. Fun coastal dirt track drive up to the hotel. The weather was perfect in June.

Our room was to the side / back of the main building so the only window view was of the rear garden. But we knew that in advance. You're paying more for the setting, views and main lighthouse building, than the rooms, but overall worth it.

Location was magnificent. Stunning views and walks along the coast and to a view point.

Towels provided were stained and had holes. Evening meal was set and exorbitantly priced at €100 pp (charged us €5 per bottle of water on top of this!) and the bread was stale. Many of the courses were not to our taste and we were very disappointed given the price. We also requested a small takeaway breakfast the day of our departure, 30 minutes before breakfast service started. This message was never passed on and we were left without breakfast. Although a wonderful location, there were many aspects of the service which in no way met 5 star standards.
