The location is as good as you can get. The staff are really lovely. The self catering bungalows are much better than the basic bungalows.
Property is next to a huge building site. Lots of noise from 9am to 5pm. No works on Saturday or Sunday. Breakfast is comically bad.

Fabulous location right on the beach. Fajara is a lovely area away from the hustle and bustle but close in a taxi. Couple of decent restaurants nearby . Rooms are basic but very good value. Wonderful to run straight into the sea and play in the waves

Good location right on the beach. Spacious room. Hot shower is very nice. The hotel could use a general renovation. But then, the price would double or triple. As it is now the price/quality ratio is very good.
Breakfast is at 8.30 which is inconvenient. Would be much better to have breakfast at 7 or 7.30. Then you can go for a walk after breakfast while it is still relatively cool. Construction works next door, usually starts at 9.00, finishes at 16.30. It can get noisy on the hotel grounds, but on the beach you don't hear it.
