About this apartment rental
Beautifully furnished, well-equipped modern two bedroom apartment (only sleeping 2 in 2025/26) situated in quiet Del Mar Village, Fuseta. Del Mar Village has unobstructed views over the ever-changing marshes and the lagoon of the Ria Formosa Natural Marine Park. Perfect for working from home with Fibre fast internet. All international TV channels streaming.
The sun rises are often spectacular and encourage you to start your day on the sunny terrace!
In walking distance of the traditional fishing village of Fuseta, with its many restaurants, shops, marina, sandy beaches.
Your 'home from home' is light, airy, and immaculately decorated. Retreat from the modern world's day to day and enjoy a splendid, romantic break at Mar Paraiso at DelMar.
Mar Paraiso is on the ground floor and has a communal entrance shared by two other apartments.. There is a private lift down to the secured parking and the communal gardens stretch out in front of your balcony, towards the Ria Formosa National Park.
The kitchen has everything a gourmet chef might need - good to know even if you eat out regularly at one of the many lovely local restuarants, including those where your fish will be grilled right in front of you!
Fuseta is bordered on either side by the salt pans of the Ria Formosa. These provide for splendid walks and bird watching opportunities, including flamingoes. And the bicycle/walking Ecovia runs right through, as it traverses the Algarve.
Fuseta is often spelt as Fuzeta, with the roots of its name being Foz de Eta, the mouth of the river Eta.

The apartment is exactly as you can see it on the pictures lovely decorated, elegant and clean. Everything in exellent condition and detail oriented. The kitchen is well organized and equiped. You even find a few tabs for the dishwasher and washing powder tabs. The living room is beautiful furnished and the view from the balcony over the Ria Formosa breathtaking. The beds are comfy and all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The complex has a lovely pool and very well tended.
From the first enquiry through to our departure, we have been extremely pleased with this booking. Kevin sent us the information we needed, responded quickly to my emails and answering my questions. The check in is well organized. As soon as we got there Sonia the concierge showed us everything we needed to see, to know and was always available. Kevin and Sonia are nice, friendly and professional. We found a very warm welcome with fruits, red wine and cookies in the kitchen.
You can do a lot of activities in and around Fuseta. You can walk to the beach or take a bike. The bikes are available in the garage. We also rented a City Bike with Baby seat in Tavira. They even delivered the bike to apartement. We took a water taxi to see other beaches and the Atlantic. It takes about 10 minutes. Fuseta Tours was our choise. We also did the dolphin watching with then. We liked the small groups and there flexibility. We took the train to Tavira or Olhao. The train station is close to the apartement complex. Boarda de aqua offers good coffee there. For lunch you get the freshest grilled fish in Casa Corvo or Cafe dos Mestres. There is a bakary, a butcher, a market hall and several supermarkets in the village. You get everthing you need in walking distance. Fuseta is a nice and quiet fishing village. A lovely location for relaxed family vacation.
